In 2007 Franklin Covey will launch the Greatness Series. The Greatness Series are events that will feature practitioners from leading organisations sharing a piece of what’s making there organisation great.

Franklin Covey knows that three key components help companies achieve greatness. Great organisations have effective individuals, leaders who get results and institutionalised focus and execution. These three areas will form the three permanent topic streams of the greatness series, with special topics streams from time to time.  The first special topic stream is one off event to frame the series Franklin Covey will share the full findings of our recent research on greatness. Franklin Covey partnered with the Coca-Cola Institute on year long study on what makes organisations great and how to get there. The findings are fascinating.

  • Greatness Is This The Prize

Franklin Covey has dedicated itself and its resources to understanding the challenge of greatness at perhaps an unprecedented level.

  • Building Effective Individuals

Never has there been a time when individual effectiveness has been more important. Corporate structures are delayered; virtual teams and remote workers are the norm; in short, the nature of work has shifted. The challenge of cascading goals to every employee is difficult to imagine.

  • Leadership Greatness

In any organisation, the real work is done by teams. Sure, each individual has a role to play, but it isn't the lone gunslingers—even the superstars—who have the most influence on an organisation.

  • Execution Turns Ideas Into Reality

It's simple. Ideas turn into reality when the people tasked with the work have clarity and focus and discipline to spend their time and resources only on the things that drive the goals forward.
