Unconscious biases exists in everyone – they are shortcuts our brains use to make faster decisions given all the information that comes at us every day. Biases are not inherently negative; they’re just part of how the brain works.

Brains are also remarkable because they can rewire our thinking at any age. While it takes time and a conscious effort, it will happen. Our goal is to not only define bias, but to provide a framework for making on progress on something so innate and daunting.
