Another year is almost over and it’s a great time for reflection and gratitude.

2023 was a big year for us here at FranklinCovey ANZ. It was a year where we renewed and sharpened our vision and focus, recommitting to profoundly impacting millions of lives for good. It’s been a year where we partnered with thousands of leaders and learners across hundreds of organisations here in Australia and New Zealand to help them be more effective people, be better leaders, have more trusting cultures and achieve what really matters most.

Thank you first to our remarkable team, who care passionately about delivering a world-class experience to you at every touchpoint; and to all of you, who have trusted us to help you achieve your most important goals. We’ve loved meeting with you and working with you, sharing the timeless wisdom and just-in-time practices that make FranklinCovey so unique. And we’ve loved learning from you too—we are smarter and better because of the work we do together.
