Microcourses at a Glance
FranklinCovey’s Impact Platform OnDemand Microcourses are skill-specific learning resources that help learners adopt new, effective mindsets and behaviours by investing only a few minutes per week.
Microcourses are self-paced and consist of brief videos, articles, tools, and application challenges pushed out over a three-week period, so learners can increase their capabilities over time for lasting impact.
Three Ways to Access Microcourses
Explore Tab
The Impact Platform’s Explore tab allows learners access to Microcourses through skills. Learners can add microcourses to their tasks by clicking Subscribe on the skill landing page.
360 Assessment
Learners can subscribe to Microcourses based on 360 Assessment results by clicking ‘Subscribe to Microcourse’, next to the desired skill.
Admin Platform
Admins can assign Microcourses to learners via the Administrator’s Platform. This ensures that learners are upskilling in areas critical to the individual, team, or organisation.
